Best thing ever! First I will say I'm not used to these "arm things" being a minimalist runner I don't even carry water or headphones so this was a huge deal to me. I purchased for a couple reasons: I sometimes run at night (safety issues) and wanted to bring my phone. Also I am now hooked with using Runkeeper & hate holding the phone in my hand. I also got used to listening to Pandora while walking or running so I thought why not? After seeing this advertised in my running magazine and reading all the awesome reviews by pros I thought I'd give it a shot. I've been using it for about a month now in order to give it a "proper" review. At first I will say I found it to be very hot (however So. FL is ALWAYS HOT in July) and I'm not used to wearing anything on my arm. After awhile I got used to it and yes, it is VERY comfortable, no bouncing at all! I listen to my music (no headphones needed) I put my keys in it, still room for credit cards, gels, or other small objects of choice. It rained one time and no, my phone did not get wet (A BONUS!) It's so well made I've recommended it to other friends. I could see this lasting for years as it's very well made. Personally I went to my local running store to try it on and see if I needed the medium strap or the small. I went for the medium and would only recommend the small if you are petite or very slender. For average-large sized men/women I'd recommend the Medium strap. Oh BTW for those of you who do run with headphones the opening is on the bottom so you'd simply slip your phone in upside down. I prefer to run without headphones and the music is super clear yet I am aware at all times of my surroundings. Good luck and YES! I'd recommend to a friend. Great Product. The arm pocket I purchased 2 years ago at the Dallas White Rock expo was one of my a favorite running equipment purchases. It not only held my iphone4, but would hold my key and a packet of shotblocks. I love the double zipper feature- makes it easy and fast to get your phone in and out. I am excited about upgrading to the new arm pocket due to an upgraded phone. My original band is still in perfect condition after 3 half marathons, several 5ks, and full training and the race!
