1. What makes the Armpocket better?
I’ve tried belts, packs, and shorts with extra pockets… in spite of their claims, they ALL bounce and bruise— 

Armpockets are made of ECO-friendly recycled PET fabric and natural bamboo. Our patented design uses breathable memory foam padding that contours to the natural shape of your arm and resists slipping. Also, our proprietary vented strap is wrapped in moisture-wicking natural bamboo so your arm stays cool and dry for extended wear. Inside, Armpockets have three storage compartments so your loose items stay securely in place. 2. What do mean when you say Armpockets are "Eco-Friendly"?

A: We, at Armpocket, have gone to great lengths to make the Armpocket as “green” and eco-friendly as possible. In fact, the main fabric used in the construction of every Armpocket is 100% post-consumer recycled PET materials made from plastic bottles. Similarly, we use natural bamboo instead of manufactured synthetic wicking materials. We firmly believe that we have found the ideal balance between providing you Armpockets constructed from the highest quality materials while minimizing our carbon-footprint—a win-win proposition for everyone. 3. Is it water and sweat resistant?
I’ve lost 2 cell-phones and an iPod to sweat…

A: Yes.  Armpockets are engineered by runners-- for runners.  Each Armpocket is made of water resistant PET fabric made from recycled plastic bottles.  Plus, we added an extra layer of waterproof material between the back of the Armpocket and the storage compartment so your valuable electronic devices remain protected from any moisture damage.  Likewise, we’ve added ultra-comfortable, moisture wicking bamboo fabric along the back and strap edges so your arm and your electronics stay cool and dry.

4. What is the difference between the XTREME 30, SPORT 20, and AERO 10

A: The difference is storage capacity and size:

The XTREME 30 is our largest model with 30 cubic inches of storage. Typically, you can carry larger electronic devices like the iPhone or Blackberry, along with a set of keys, small wallet, and 7 gel packs.

The SPORT 20 is our medium size model with 20 inches of storage. This equates to holding a Blackberry, or other mid-sized smart phone along with your MP-3 player, ID/credit cards, car key and 5 gel packs.

The AERO 10 is our most compact and streamlined Armpocket with 10 cubic inches of storage. You can still comfortable carry a cell phone, MP-3, key, ID and 3 gel packs.

5. I’m new to running. which Armpocket do you recommend?

A: We would recommend the SPORT 20, which is specifically designed for runners who want easy-access to both their music and cell phone.  The SPORT 20 contains our proprietary Flexi-LockTM audio port, that allows you to set the perfect length of your ear bud cord so it will not interfere with the natural swing of your arms while running.  Additionally, the SPORT 20 is available with a touch-thru screen so you can select that special “power song” when facing the big hill, or want to finish strong across the finish line!  Likewise, if you can’t afford to miss that important call or message, the SPORT 20 also comes available with an easy-access front pocket with magnetic closure, specifically designed for immediate cell-phone access.  Most importantly, the SPORT 20 comes with high-visibilty, reflective safety piping that allows others to see you if you run in the early morning or after dark.

6. Will it slip like all the other elastic arm-bands I’ve tried?

A: No. The Armpocket has been designed for runners -- by runners. Our patented V-strap™ design ensures that the Armpocket stays securely on your arm. For best results, position the Armpocket between the shoulder (deltoid) muscle and upper arm (bicep) muscle, and pull the strap comfortably tight. As you exercise and your body generates heat, the memory foam will mold itself to the natural contours of your arrm. This, along with the vented strap, lined with naturally moisture-wicking bamboo will keep your arm comfortable, dry, and cool – and your Armpocket securely in place.

Moreover, one of our customers have thoroughly tested the Armpocket-- latest at the Ft. Lauderdale A1A Half Marathon. 7. I’ve tried other arm-bands but they don’t fit me – Do you have my size?

A:  Yes. At Armpocket, we understand that “one-size does NOT fit all.” That’s why we offer multiple strap sizes. We are committed to ensuring you have the most comfortable, best fitting, and highest quality hands-free carrying device around.

To determine your strap size, simply take a tape-measure and measure the distance around your upper arm. Then, match the number of inches on your tape with the number in the left column. Then, find the model Armpocket you need as shown on the top row and the intersection of the two columns will determine if you need a Small- Medium – Large strap size. 8. My Running Club would like to have our own logo applied – is this possible?

A: Yes.  We can special order your Armpockets with your club’s name and logos.  You will be charged a one-time mold charge, but depending on your order size you might qualify for a volume discount.  Please contact our sales department for specifics: info@armpocket.com.  Allow 8-12 weeks for delivery.

9. I own a running store. How do we order your products?

A. Simply contact our sales department at info@armpocket.com and they will set up a retailer’s  account and help you place your initial order.  We also have eye-catching signs, counter-top and floor displays for your store.

10. Are Armpockets machine washable ?

A. We don’t recommend it.   If your Armpocket has reflective piping, we recommend hand-wash only and line dry out of direct sun.  This will also extend the life of the water-proof interior lining. The reflective material will pre-maturely deteriorate if placed in a washing machine and will invalidate your warranty.

11. What is your Shipping Policy?

A: Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. Your order will ship within 24 hours of receipt. For Domestic shipping we offer US Postal Services or Fedex. If you chose USPS Standard Mail (First Class) your Armpocket will typically arrive in 3 - 4 days, for a cost of approximately $4. We are now pleased to announce that we also ship worldwide. Please see the shopping cart for the exact cost. As an example, shipping to Europe via USPS First Class will take between 5 - 10 business days for a charge of approximately USD 5. Armpockets may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country they are being imported to. 12. If I’m not happy with my Armpocket, can I return it?

A. Absolutely. Our no-hassle, satisfaction guaranteed, return policy allows you to return your undamaged Armpocket in its original package within 30 days of original purchase.  It must include an Armpocket issued Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).   To obtain an RMAN number, please contact our sales staff at info@armpocket.com or call at 877 ARM POCT (276 7628). You must include a copy of the original sales receipt for the returned product.
